Thanks for choosing Team Central for better communication with your team. Team Central is designed to make the youth sports experience more enjoyable for players and for parents. The email features and 24 hour accessibility makes it easier for you to keep the team up-to-date. The fun elements include the Coach's Corner and photo gallery.

We hope you will enjoy Team Central and it will make your coaching experience more enjoyable. Here are some tips.

Roster

The rosters were built with security in mind. We restrict the names to first name and first 2 initials of the last name. If you upload player pictures only registered people that YOU approve can see the roster pictures. We recommend that you enter the email addresses for moms, dads, and kids. If you don't have them in the beginning you can always add them later.

Schedule

The schedule module provides for locations, times, results and even snack families. These can be edited at anytime so you can update scores and make changes.

Photos

Photos are wonderful. Recruit a parent (or more) as the team photographer. They can upload the pictures and you can approve which ones you want on the site. It is fun for both kids and parents. Parents can even encourage grandparents, aunts & uncles, and friends check out the pix.

Coach's Corner

This is your opportunity to provide highlights and recaps. You can use it for motivational comments or just announcements. You can even include photos in your Coach's Corner.

Email

One of the best features is the email module. You can quickly send emails to parents, parents and kids, or just kids. Once an email address is added to the child's registration it is part of the module. You will be able to send announcements to the parents about practices, fields, photos, and general news. Parents can also email you back, right from the web site.
