Submissions are screened by a committee of artists and film professionals and prizes are announced at the public screening on April 14. A winning High School entry is awarded a screening at the 2013 Hamptons International Film Festival. The Film Project invites children in three age groups to submit works: Elementary Students, Grades 2-4; Elementary and Middle School Students; Grades 5-8; and, High School Students, Grades 9-12.
