Sign up for either Saturday, March 9 or Sunday, March 10. The schedule is the same for each day. First, enjoy an all-you-can-eat homemade Pancake Feast served with 100% New York Maple Syrup. There will be plain and blueberry pancakes, sausage, and melon. Two seating times are available each day; seating is limited. Call to pre-register by March 7. Following each seating is the "Maple Sugaring Through the Ages" program, which looks at the evolution of making maple syrup, from the harvesting and processing techniques used by the Native Americans and early colonists, through present day.
