The event is both a celebration and a competitive event. For the serious runner, it is a professionally-timed race. For walkers, it's a 5K in the park. Kids will love the fun warm-up and 1-mile race. For everyone, there's entertainment, music, food, and a raffle. Each runner or walker will receive a T-shirt. The race will be timed by the Westchester Road Runners Club. Medals will be awarded to the top male/female in each age category. Ribbons will be given to all kids' race participants. Help change hearts and minds about mental health issues.
