Erin Heaton Meyer of Catskill Citizens for Safe Energy and the Sierra Club's Lower Hudson Group is a resident of Chenango County, one of the five counties under consideration for fracking by Governor Cuomo. Erin presents how the Governor's choice to enable or prohibit fracking affects New Yorkers throughout the state.
