This year the Carnival also offers a Toddler Terrain. Raffle prizes in past years have featured a BMW pedal car, a JAM Sono gift basket, and an assortment of Vineyard Vines clothing and accessories. Proceeds from the event benefit the Tokeneke Elementary School's Enrichment Program. Rain date is Oct. 14.
