Connecticut Higher Education Trust (CHET), Connecticut's direct-sold 529 college savings plan, has launched the 2011 CHET Dream Big! Competition, a drawing and writing contest designed to motivate students to dream big about their future careers and to emphasize to parents and students that it is never too soon to start saving for college.
