  •    It’s not quite apple-picking season, but there’s plenty of plump produce ready for the plucking in August. Get the family together on a long summer afternoon and head to the orchards, where you’ll find strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and other sweet summer treats that will add some fresh and colorful ingredients to your kitchen. Picking is the easy part — just try not to eat them all on the way home!

Please note that all dates are projected, and produce availability depends on the weather and several other factors. Call ahead to check conditions, hours, and availability before visiting any of these locations.
