Description: September is ?National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month? and along with First Lady Michelle Obama?s ?Let?s Move? campaign, we here at Citibabes think the back-to-school season is the perfect time to help children and parents jumpstart a healthy routine-together. Citibabes will host fun weekly CitiFit workshops, share a different nutritious and delicious healthy recipe card each week, as well as a contest called ?Baby Steps? in which families are given a pedometer to track how many steps they collectively take over the course of a month. Each family who participates will be entered into a drawing to win amazing prizes such as 1 month complimentary membership for Citibabes, a 5-pack of movement-based drop-in classes, a gift basket from Stonyfield Organic, and more!
