Papa's home!!

Every time we ate something tasty over the past three weeks, Kalyani asked if we were going to save some food for Papa.  I have never seen her as excited as she was this morning after we all woke up super early in anticipation of his arrival.  And it has been an exciting week.

Kalyani has started going to school, on and off, and a few nights ago out of the blue she decided she wasn't going to wear diapers anymore.  So far so good... when she makes up her mind about something she is one stubborn little girl.  Which, evidently, has its positive side.

Marley has given up crawling altogether.  He is now walking circles around himself and practicing his cool walk.  Arms swinging low, legs bent, tummy stuck out as far as it will go and a very serious expression on his face.  It never fails to make me laugh which is probably not the reaction he is looking for.

So we all had something to show Papa when he came home.  Well almost all... I don't feel that I have discovered any brand new skills or sudden leaps in development.  But the good news is Buddhi hasn't yet opened up his emails from work so until he does we have him all to ourselves... and I'm off to enjoy it.
