You'll find a gymnastic program steeped in history at Sokol NY. A worldwide non-profit organization founded in 1867, Sokol was brought to the U.S. 100 years ago. Thousands of toddlers, teens and adults have exercised under the dedicated staff of Sokol instructors to gain physical fitness through gymnastics skills. There are Tot and Pre-Tot classes, and gymnastics for ages six and up. We also offer Tae Kwon Do, ballet, volleyball, and basketball.
