You sign an electronic release and MotherKnows collects the records from any medical provider, converting them into a custom-tailored health record with easy-to-read graphic displays of immunizations, growth charts, medications, diagnosed allergies and conditions, developmental milestones, and more. You can view this information and share it with caregivers, doctors, pharmacies, schools, and camps.
