The NYMetroParents blogroll features the best blogs in the parenting world, from New York and beyond. Here's a closer look at why we love these mom bloggers and dad bloggers and how they're shaping the web for parenting today.
Blogging from: Manhattan
More than 10 years ago during Labor Day weekend, Wendy moved to New York City with her then boyfriend, now husband, with no jobs lined up and no children in tow. A child and a set of twins later, Wendy started Mama One to Three, a blog where she chronicles her life of raising her kids in Manhattan with her husband, a comedy writer. Wendy's pieces are written with humor, gratitude, and honesty. It also helps that she frequently includes references to coffee and wine.
Along with her blog, Wendy writes articles and reviews for Mommybites and is the site's social media director. She contributes to Mamas Against Drama's What Mamas Have to Say Monday. Follow her on Twitter at @mamaonetothree.
