Description: The Kidney Walk, a 5K benefiting the National Kidney Foundation will draw 6000 people who will raise funds and awareness for kidney disease. Kidney Disease affects 1.3 million New Yorkers and most people don't know they have it until it's too late. Funds raised from the Kidney Walk will support programs in early detection, public and professional education and patient advocacy.
