Description: Chef Joel Huff, a protégé of Jose Andres and named one of the “Chefs to Watch” by Esquire magazine, will prepare a multi-course dinner at the Beard House inspired by the cuisine he prepares for Azul at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in the Time Warner Building.
