Description: Be there when Staten Island Chuck, New York City's only weather forecasting groundhog, will make his grand prediction. Join us for music and fun and greet the hog himself. The Ceremony is a free event. Stay afterwards for a special breakfast with Chuck ($10 adults; $5 children under 5.
