Bounce! will introduce its new fitness program for kids starting this fall in conjunction with nutritionist Dr. Michael Wald and the Rockland Farm Alliance. Drop by this kick-off event, sponsored by NYMetroParents, to try a mini aerobics class, take a turn on the new acrobat harness, and see demonstrations by some top local athletes.
The Get Fit Feel Great program is looking for 25 kids ages 12-15 who care about fitness and want to develop a program that will help other kids. The eight-week pilot program will include trampoline-based activities and games, workshops on creating fun and healthy snacks, and feedback sessions for future programs.
