"El Baile" is a lecture demonstration in which artists will analyze every aspect of flamenco choreography — from the lyrics and rhythms of the singer to the structure of the guitar harmony and the footwork. Alegrias, Tientos/Tangos, Solea/Bulerias and other flamenco styles will be covered. Handouts with lyric translations and explanations of the structure of each style will be given to the audience.
